"I had to exchange a size from…"
I had to exchange a size from Miniolie and it wasn’t terrible, just slower than I expected. I emailed them and didn’t hear back for a couple days, then I felt like I got transferred around instead of just getting a clear answer right away. They did eventually send the new item and it came out fine, so I can’t really complain about the end result. I just wish the exchange steps were easier to understand and the support was more straightforward. Overall, it was okay, not great, but not awful either.

"Order Took Forever to Move"
My order just sat there processing for days, which was frustrating. I kept checking the status whenever I had a minute, like between errands and making coffee, and it never seemed to change. I wasn’t in a huge emergency rush, but I definitely expected it to move along sooner than it did...

"Comfy fit, sleeves are a bit roomy"
My kid says it feels comfy enough to wear all day, which is always a win because they’ll complain immediately if something feels weird. The fit overall is nice and easy, not tight or stiff or anything, but the sleeves do run a little big on them. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed when they were moving around.

"Impossible return policy"

I ordered a shirt with text in French. I received my order and the shirt was fine enough - the material was soft, and the screen printed text was fine. The total price after shipping was a bit high, but I new that going in. After receiving the item, a family member of mine pointed out grammatical issues with the French text. I contacted Miniolie about a return and at this point I learned that I would have to pay to return it to China, which would cost $50+. They would now acknowledge the issue with the shirt. I understood the return policy going in but didn't realize I would be shipping all the way back to China. Given how easy most other companies make returns these days, I would recommend against purchasing anything from Miniolie given that you won't have any reasonable return options. You can likely find anything on their website from other vendors with more friendly policies.

"Discount code felt like a bait and switch"
I tried using the discount code, but it didn’t work at checkout. It was frustrating because it felt like the terms kept changing or there was some new catch I hadn’t been told about. Kind of like moving goalposts — you think you’re getting a deal, and then suddenly it doesn’t apply

"Sloppy stitching and not worth the price"
I ordered from MiniOlie the stitching was a mess. There were loose threads all over the place, and one of the seams started coming apart after just one wash. The fabric itself was okay, but the sewing made the whole thing look like cheap junk. For what they charge, I expected way better. Definitely not ordering from them again.

"Pretty easy overall"
I’ve ordered from here a couple times now, and it’s been smooth both times. Nothing complicated, and my stuff showed up more or less when I expected it to. So yeah, no complaints really.

I’ve washed this so many times at this point, and somehow it’s still soft and hasn’t faded. i was fully expecting the laundry to ruin it like it does everything else, but nope, this one held up.

"Cute outfits, but thinner than expected"
i mean, the baby outfits I ordered from miniolie were really cute, and the package arrived fine with no real issues. The designs look just like something you’d want for little ones, but the fabric ended up being thinner than I expected. It’s not bad or unusable, just not as warm or thick as the photos made it seem. I’d still use them for mild weather or with layers, but definitely not for colder days. For the price, I was hoping they’d feel a bit more substantial.

"Checkout was clunky and I’m not even sure who’s behind it"
I tried ordering from miniolie.com and the checkout page kept loading really slowly. At one point I had to put my info in again, which was annoying. The payment did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it just didn’t feel smooth or reassuring. Also, I couldn’t really tell who actually owns or runs the site, which made the whole thing feel a bit sketchier than it needed to.

"As someone who’s picky about colors when..."
As someone who’s picky about colors when I shop online, I was relieved when this arrived. I was worried the shade might look totally different in person, but it matched the photos really well. The outfit was exactly the color I expected, not too bright, not washed out. It made the whole online ordering thing feel a lot less risky. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again.

"Cute clothes, but the site was a hassle"
The clothes are cute, but I can’t say the website wasn’t frustrating to use. Pages loaded slow, and the filters didn’t really work all that well. I had to click around way too much just to find the right sizes, and checkout wasn’t exactly not confusing either. It’s not the worst shopping experience I’ve had, but it definitely made things more annoying than they needed to be

"Fit me just right"
I ordered my usual size and it fit really well, which was a relief because I was half-expecting to have to return it. I checked the measurements on the site while drinking my coffee, and they ended up being accurate for me. No weird guessing game or sizing surprise.

I had a problem with my order, it was frustrating at first. I had to send a few messages before everything got sorted out, which wasn’t ideal. But to be fair, they did eventually fix it and didn’t just ignore me, so I guess that counts for something, right? It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but I feel like 3 stars is fair.
